Developer Microids has announced that the next game in the Dracula series will be arriving this Summer 2013 for PC, Mac and tablets. Dracula 4: Shadow of the Dragon follows the adventures of Ellen Cross through the world.

Precursor Games has decided to take their proposition of a spiritual successor to Eternal Darkness onto Kickstarter. In order for Shadow of the Eternals to be successful they need $1,350,000 in pledges.

This move onto Kickstarter came following "overwhelming popular demand," despite Precursor running their own direct donations drive through PayPal. This one is also less 'controversial'.

Telltale Games has released new screenshots for its newest licensed adventure game series, The Wolf Among Us, which is based on the multiple award-winning Fables graphic novel series.

Stemshock Interactive has released a freeware edition of its adventure game Barely Floating, which is now available to download free on Strategy Informer.

Barely Floating takes place somewhere along the east coast of Africa, where a group of pirates have attacked a luxury yacht. The pirates have taken a few of the wealthy passengers as their hostages, a family and an old man, hoping to collect a hefty ransom for them. When the hostage negotiations go awry, it's up to an unlikely hero to save the day, but little does he know that the ships crew is composed of some very weird and silly individuals.

KING Art's adventure title The Raven has finally got all their English and German voicework completed, meaning we're all a step closer to tackling a Europe spanning 'whodunnit' tale back in the swinging 1960s.

It's about a "scandalous gentleman thief's adventure" with the player charged with protecting a legendary sapphire known as the 'Eye of the Spinx'. It releases this June for PC.
