For those of you that haven't picked up a copy of Burnout Paradise for the PlayStation 3, Criterion Games are expecting to launch the game via the PlayStation Network for $29.99, and will contain all the free contain that has been released since the launch of the game.

Psyonic Studios today announced that Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, an arena-based online vehicle sports game for the PlayStation Network that brings anitmated vehicles in sport-like gameplay.

The game features vehicles with incredible physics-based maneuverability, including boosters for launching high into the air or accelerating at break-neck speed on the ground. In the air, cars can roll, flip, jump, dodge or spin. In this team-based soccer-inspired game, the vehicles maneuver to perform breathtaking saves, awe-inspiring shots on goal, and gruesome demolishes of opponent cars. These abilities, combined with the players' own creativity, create a unique and thrilling experience every time.

Criterion has pushed back the up-coming Burnout: Paradise patch from August till September.

This new patch is set to introduce Motorbikes for the first time ever in a Burnout game.

Wheels of Gran Turismo 5 may not spin till 2010, Prologue focus

Polyphony Digital's Kazunori Yamauchi, in an interview with IGN, has said there are "no plans in the works for GT5 yet" - nodding to 2009, or even 2010.

Instead they remain "focused" on Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and getting the updates out. Later this year damage modelling is expected to get patched in.

E3 2008: Gran Turismo TV launching on 1st August, 2008

During an E3 2008 press conference, Sony Computer Entertainment announced that Gran Turismo TV is set to launch on August 1st, 2008.

The new media channel, which is accessed via Gran Turismo 5: Prologue will allow racing fans to watch popular racing events and programs, such as BBC's Top gear.

Following our string of live updates, we give you Microsoft’s announcement of a new interface coming this Autumn for all 360 users.

Dubbed the “new xbox live experience”, this new interface will be modelled along similar lines as the expected PS3 ‘Home’ system.

The new interface will include ‘Avatars’ (more realistic looking Mii’s), video and picture sharing, along with a load more community based options.
