THQ has released the first Gameplay Trailer for Dawn of War 2, which is coming to the PC in Q1 2009.

We've just confirmed that Empire: Total War team is open for interview with Strategy Informer. Hence, if you have any questions that you would like to ask the team, submit them here, and those most meaningful ones will be included to our questions list. A fair amount of questions goes at around 10-12 so we'll need to filter the best ones.

The Dawn of War II image gallery has been updated with 8 new screenshots.

Kalypso Media has told Strategy Informer that they've had to delay the European release of Sins of a Solar Empire due to manufacturing issues. The delay will see a few days difference, as it's now scheduled to be released on 20th June, 2008.

EA has just confirmed to Strategy Informer that the PlayStation 3 version of Red Alert 3 has been put on Hold.

Jonathan Goddard, PR Manager for EA said; “We can confirm that the development of Red Alert 3 for PS3 has been put on hold. EALA is focusing resources on development for PC and Xbox 360 which will ship simultaneously this autumn.”

Lighthouse Interactive has released the latest patch for Sword of the Stars: Born of Blood, which updates the game to version 1.5.2. Update 1.5.2 allows current owners of Born of Blood to play on custom maps created by others, and engage in multiplayer action with those who are playing the recently released version included in Sword of the Stars: Collector’s Edition. The Update however does not contain many of the robust features that are exclusive to the Collector’s Edition, such as the ability to share custom maps or create stand-alone servers.

The Official Space Hulk Remake website has received a new update from the Teardown team about the on going legal struggles for the second release of Space Hulk. It appears to be good news too.

EA has allowed Gamespy and IGN to host a 15 minute Walkthrough trailer for Red Alert 3. It contains examples of how players will be able to build bases both on land and sea, the types of units that you'll be able to combine to create different methods of assaults, and it also plays through a mission which was developed as a tech demo.

They have also said feedback from the demo will not be taken lightly as they strive to hunt down any lingering exploits.

There will be two closed beta tests for the WWIII strategy game too, "one limited and one much much bigger."
