In a recent interview with Eurogamer.de, Dead Space producer Glen Schofield revealed that the company plans to develop sequels for the sci-fi FPS once the first edition is released this autumn.

Schofield said; “I'd love for this to become a well established franchise; we've created a huge and rich back story and universe, so other games could easily be made."

Gamers Gate announced today that they've entered an agreement that will see an extensive PC digital distribution partnership with publisher THQ, allowing the company to offer several of THQ's titles for download at a set price.
