Atomic Tanks 2.7 released
Posted: 15.02.2008 09:21 by Mark Comments: 1
The latest version of Atomic Tanks has been released. This small game is described by the developers as a "Scorched Earth clone similar to the worms series of game." It really has a 80's arcade game style about it. Check the picks to get an idea, but weighing in at less than 1MB, it doesn't take much to test the game and see what it has to offer.

There's been no official date or even whether such a thing will be free but anything that lets us wanna be Gods/evolutionists get closer to Will Wrights latest mega-galactic-sandbox creation is great news indeed.

The Far Cry movie trailer is set loose, communities braced

Uwe Boll. That name either elicits sheer terror (for the wrong reasons) or general indifference within the games community, and amongst the horror movie buffs. Responsible for past misadventures bringing video games to the big screen (Bloodrayne, House of the Dead); Boll with the aid of Ubisoft is bringing the PC classic Far Cry to movie-goers.

The trailer, which has become available on YouTube, has already undergone a barrage of fact based critical analysis – “crap” I believe was mentioned many times. From the looks of the trailer, it’s bad, real bad and not in a ‘rebel you wanna love’ kind of way.
