JoWooD Germany has issued a press release that confirms the recent rumours about Sam & Max appearing on the Wii.

Due to the press release being in German, we can't get much information about the Wii version but hopefully they'll issue an English version soon. We've contacted JoWooD to find out so we should have more for you later.

Gaya Entertainment, a company based in Germany that creates collectible merchandise, has designed six 1/6 statues for Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles which look absolutely brilliant. They are officially licensed by Capcom and each model will only have 1500 copies made, making them very rare in the future.

SouthPeak Games informed us this morning that Iridium Runners, an arcade racing title for the PS2, will hit retail shelves on February 22nd at a price point of about ÂŁ20.

Game Informer have issued a sneak preview of the February edition cover of their magazine which reveals information on Insomniac games upcoming sequel, Resistance: Fall of Man 2.

They reveal snippets of information on the gameplay and multiplayer aspects of Resistance 2, along with a preview that will be published in the magazine. What we now know about Resistance 2 is that you'll be able to play with up to 60 players online and up to eight players in the co-op mode.

Silverlode Interactive is currently developing Saga for the PC, which is the worlds first collectible MMMORTS game. In Saga players will be able to collect armies, spells and weapons for use in massive online battles against other foes and rivals.

Capcom announced that the latest installment of its courtroom drama series, Apollo Justice is scheduled to be released in North America on February 12th, 2008. This will fourth title in the series and is said to feature new characters.
