I hope it's better than the first. I really didn't like the battle engine in the first, though it was slow and unresponcive.

I just hope they make the story better. Last one didn't make much sense.
Can't really say anything about the controls. Didn't seem bad at the time. You play it on PC or console? The PS3 version seemed pretty good.
