You play as the three main characters -- Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann, and each character has his or her own signature fight move. The Nintendo DS version includes three two-player minigames that can be played via local wireless. The minigames include Walk The Plank, Boom Barge and Shoot The Monkey.

In addition to the main characters, you can play as six enemy characters. Once you beat each of the enemy bosses, you can return to that level to find a statue to unlock the enemy character, including Mortician, Cannibal Warrior, Voodoo Doll and Captain Pirate.
