A bunch of Hype? Starting to looking like more Hollywood flash than game.

Screen shots of detailed ships, but none of the interface, why?

No demo - trailer don't count - they call them trailers for a reason.

Only thing I have seen does little to tell me that this is anything more than a glorifed version of ARMADA with updated graphics.

What made Star Fleet Command 1 & 2 and Orion Pirates so great and still being play today by thousands of fans is the indepth ability to control ships and the wide variety of ships for each of the races. Ability to run single player campaigns with other races/sides other that the FEDERATION.

Release? It is now December 5, 2006 now almost six months late and still nothing on the shelf in stores and no real information on wheather the game has shipped or not.

The "Simplified" interface led to the failure of SFC 3.

Maybe it should have been left with TALDREN...MAD DOG is the producer of ARMADA and all of their games have the same basic interface...no challenge here...
