Well what can I tell you, I have played the game for aprox 4 years and still love it.

From the original "vanilla" I played only a few parts of single player before delving into the Multi Player side of the game and was blown away totally.

On MP I started at CHSP, a German server, mainly because of the number of players there. Ok it wasnt the best ping but i wanted to be around other "human" players. Had a great time, joined a clan and cut my teeth on PVP. Man it was hectic but I couldnt wait to get together with the other clan members and blow some other clans away. Great camaradarie and fun was had by all for well over a year.

After a while we decided to try some other severs, so we visited Eagle Utopia! Great server and good server owner which was a plus. But our clan was coming to an end, many had left to play other games and there was only a hardcore group of possibly 5 or 6 left.

At this time I decided to have a go at modding and set up my own server. Its still going to this day and pretty popular with Freelancer players throughout the world.

So, if your into Freelancer, want something new and fun try The Void.
