Really great and innovative game. I like those advisors, especially the evil imp :D

Very good, but could do better. They didn't need to put the mansions far out in the wilderness, they could put them in smaller towns instead...

Good intentions, but crippled with bugs, story could be better, as it's made to resemble Oblivion. Piranha bytes made that game complete, with it's gone, part of the game just went with it :(

Very good game, gave a much needed break from gta series

Simply superb. Great storyline, and I'm finally glad that they put in realistic car damage, I got sick of partially damaged cube cars that explode when they flip on the roof

Good game, something like a fantasy mix of total war battles with heroes of mhight and magic campaign map.

This game is awsome in battle, but it really lets you down in campaign map. Far ahead of it's time, and especially ahead of total war games of the period, as far as battles are included.

Very good story, bud sad that they leave the planet, there should be a way to repel the terrans...

Very good, large-scale skirmish mode, but I hate when my Tiger gets destroyed by few hits from shemans from the front, and when I play as allies, one Tiger destroys my entire tank brigade without a scrach...

Very good game, but very little missions. Average player can complete it very quickly, and it should focus mainly on Vietnameese missions (like MoW did on Soviets). But I adore the T-55 tank, it's irresistible for me :)

Has all good parts from initial game, but also kept it's biggest flaws-infantry movement and overall agility is low (GI's are more like cripples than soldiers), it really needs infantry movement and actions from Company of Heroes. Fuel and ammunition... Read More

Very playable and cheerful game, I like the romancing stuff really much. Sacking cities is one of my favorites, and I almost always went against the Spanish :)

I like the game a lot, agents now play a prominent role in game (as it should be). But, game misses an internal trade (trade between cities and ports that player owns), and since all units are all the same, it gets boring after awhile...

Game is a re-texture of Rome total war. Exept agent merchant, and division of cities between economic and militaristic, nothing new. Few cosmethic changes like varied looks of soldiers on the battlefield, changes in appearance due to armor upgrades, etc... Read More

Not what would a man expect out of total war game. As if they just re-modelded European map from E:TW and put it into this. Cities don't exist on battle map, exept few villages with 3 houses. Units shooting from houses are also a problem coz 1 man shoots... Read More

Brought in some new stuff like capturing tank, damaged tank parts and so on... Although, campaign is somewhat confusing...

Good game, but it really pisses me off when a peasant with a pitchfork starts demolishing my stone wall. I mean WTF?!

Very good game. Highest realism since Blitzkrieg, and revolutionary direct control mode is really awsome.
But it's problems with resuplly of fueld and ammo are sometimes crippling.

Played it a few years back... Once I figured it out, I got bored by graphics and everything else in this game...

Game is just brilliant... When you figure out how it works that is :)

Superb game, but completley arcade-orientated, with no sence of realism...

For it's time, game is awsome. Brought in much needed side damage recording, so if a tank has one side damaged, other sides can take hit as if nothing's happened.

I don't know that other people see in this game, for me, it's one large crap compared to AoE II...

Not bad, but gets boring after first 2 missions, everything's the same all over again.

Everything is just superb, exept the noted shortage of haulers (or teamsters form previous game). It's neccesary to employ more slaves to this task...

Very good, BUT construction takes forever, only few workers come to build. Low amount of natural resources for mining, blimp ride has no visitors. Other than that, they could do more after all these years. And a military parade would be nice

Very good idea, but game misses any form of weapon differentiality (US and USSR weapons), US army doesnt exist, and I had yet to see my companions die in batle.

Excellent game for its time, but it's really annoying that destroyed vehicles dissapear after awhile. Range and LOS could also be better than initial

For it's time, an awsome hit of the year, I enjoyed plaing it over and over again. Too bad that it didn't got appropriate sucssesor game...

Really massive game, I love the reasearch tree, but it gets tedious after awhile. It desperatley need interior trading to gain income and pay a massive army, coy finances are a major prolem in this game. Minus for it is that it gets tedious after awhile...

This game revolutionised the Total War franchise, and paved the way for future games of this type. It was a revolution never seen to date. Medieveal II was just a pale, dissapointing copy of this game.
