As I am going to download the game Victoria that is only download available:
a) Could I install it in both my desktop busy And my laptop??
b) If I format my hard disc, I have to download it and pay again???

I would say that you can install it on only 1 computer.
And when you buy it, you will always be able to download it again.

so, in order to have it on laptop AND desktop, I need to buy it twice (both of them?- both Victorias) That sucks!
Plus it seems I cant buy anddownload it at my work computer
and instal it play it after at my desktop, could I??
So the game is turn base or RTS?
Is it on line only, single player only or both??
