Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can help me out?
I'm a huge fan of the Mortal Kombat game series, unfortunately I can't continue the series after MK4 because I'm not a console fan.
To get to the point, I recently got the whole PC collection of Mortal Kombat (that's MK 1-4) and for some reason I can't get MK-Trilogy working. It installs and starts with no problems but the minute I enter the (Choose Character) section of the game and choose for instance "Scorpion" the game shuts down and sends me a message saying there's a error.
At the moment I'm using Windows Vista and yes I know that's the problem, but the collection came with a XP patch for Trilogy and exactly the same problem happens on XP.
I wondering if any of you know how to manipulate the game in working on XP or Vista, because I'm not degrading to Windows 2000 or lower, that would just be a waste for one game maybe two.
Any help would be appreciated, MK-Trilogy is my favorite Mortal Kombat, but if no one can help I would also understand.
