You're looking for Shogun 2: Total War? Sorry that game doesn't exist - end of story. Perhaps you mean the more conventional Total War: Shogun 2?

Sega and Creative Assembly from here on out will be putting Total War first, literally, as it helps identify the games "as one series", starting with Shogun 2.

"The Total War series of games spans over 10 years of titles,” said a spokesperson. “We wanted to identify all of these as one series using a more obvious naming convention for players." No more booting the Total War name to the end of the marquee.

"Revealing the new title with the Shogun 2 box art was the opportune time to do so.” Well, does this sudden change of naming dynamic enrage you? Does it make you want to roam the lands conquering your lessers? If so then give Total War: Shogun 2 a look.

It's releasing exclusively on PC next year on March 15th.

Looks great, and I like the name change.

Looks good, sounds even better. I wonder how SG2 will play with almost 60,000 troops on a battlefield at once.

As a guy with a '70's style hairdo once quipped:
"I have a bad feeling about this".
Yes, the ingame footage looks good, then so did "ETW" and that was only acceptable after much patching and modding. I have a feeling this will be the same.
Well someone has to be the Devil's Advocate:)

Never played any of these titles, have one on the shelf though - maybe I should install and give it a try.
