Danger Close on new 'AAA shooter'

Medal of Honor reboot developer Danger Close is working on an "unannounced AAA first person shooter," reveals job listings for the new EA studio.

It's "early in development" right now but it looks like another MOH title, one that could involve some co-op play. They want "extensive knowledge" of weapons.

DC is looking for a Senior Gameplay Engineer and a Weapons & Vehicles Artist according to their advertised job openings. The candidate ideally has an "extensive knowledge of modern military weapons", an obvious must for a first-person shooter.

Deeper into the job criteria it lists "multiplayer and/or co-op development" experience, which could mean they want some co-op action in the next Medal of Honor. The reboot for the series hit Xbox 360, PS3 and PC last October to week one sales of 1.5m.

They did a pretty good job with "MoH", even though it had the same problem as "BF:BC 2" in that you couldn't make forward progress until an NPC had finished an action or speech. very frustrating, and not present in "CoD" titles.
I'll be very interested to seee what they can come up with to match the next "CoD" installment, and will there be another "MoH"?

Whilst I dont mind MoH, it certainly had (and still has) quite a few issues with gameplay.. which is why I switched back to BC2. However I'm hopeful that with a sequel they'll be able to correct those mistakes, and deliver a really good game.
