Another fitness videogame from Ubisoft has just been announced and it's called Fit in Six from the Blue Byte studio in Germany, better known for The Settlers.

It breaks the fitness routines into six core areas, with each performed by "experienced fitness professionals". It's for PlayStation 3 and Wii this March.

"...the game separates overall fitness routines into six core elements — core body, upper body, lower body, cardio, balance and flexibility — that help you focus on getting fit and reaching your goals," reads Ubisoft's Fit in Six press release.

"The workouts have been developed by experienced fitness professionals to ensure that every move is performed precisely and effectively." PS3 will use PlayStation Move to help track your progress while Nintendo Wii uses a USB camera from Ubisoft.

The PS3 also supports using custom music tracks for the game where it analyses the beats and suggests what routines would 'work best' with it. Ubisoft also promise there will be "new add-on content available" through the PlayStation Network.

"The complete content including add-ons for Fit in Six™ adds up to 23 - 24 hours of workout time and include personalized workouts, dance-related fitness programs and a variety of cardio and toning exercises to expand the overall gameplay experience."

Fit in Six releases on PS3 and Wii this March.
