Battlestar Galactica Online now in open beta

The browser-based space combat MMO Battlestar Galactica Online is now in open beta, allowing anyone to side with the humans or the Cylons in open conflict among the stars.

According to the official Facebook page:

Register now and get into the game that everyone is talking about.

The immediate response from fans are that while the controls take a lot of getting used to, the combat is quite fun.

Strated playing last night. Not bad so far, the whole BSG atmosphere has been captured well and ship control is fairly easy with just the mouse. Looks pretty good for a browser based game.
