So far EA has said they won't "comment on speculation." The original released in 2008 to low sales but high critical praise. Has Battlefield vanquished it? In case you forgot: In Mirror's Edge you play a bag messenger who ends up being framed for a murder. Communication is monitored in this big brother age so message carriers are booming. You end up traversing the city across rooftops and the like. EA CEO John Riccitiello has said previously that Mirror's Edge does "deserve a sequel.” Sales for the first-person action game were low but it got some high reviews. It was declared a 'victim' of the holiday crush as too many big titles surrounded it. Do you hope Mirror's Edge 2 hasn't pulled a hamstring, videogamer? Source: VG247 | |
