Bulletstorm PC demo after game release
Posted: 20.02.2011 05:18 by JonahFalcon Comments: 6
Mark Rein has tweeted that a Bulletstorm demo for PC users is in the works, but it won't be ready until after the game is released.

His tweet reads: Bulletstorm PC demo is in the works! Won't make it in time for ship date but should be available shortly after.

Will you pick up Bulletstorm without trying the demo, or will you hold off picking it up til you've sampled it?

Thought I would add the STEAM notice here to show why it can be good to wait for the demo:

For me the GFWL can be a breaker - not sure if I never gonna get it, but I won't pre-order and I won't pay ffull price for it. I have tried doing enough online matching with GFWL and also the interface in games is the worst I have tried - at least that I remember - if it has been a worse one out there - I must have kicked that out before I could register it in my mind... ;)
If the game has a solid SP - then maybe maybe - but the PS3 demo didn't make me me that impressed.

Might buy it at bargain price, but from what I've seen it doesn't really appeal to me.

Since Steam isn't offering any pre-purchase incentives, and the fact that I'm not 'dying' to play this game, I think I'll wait a bit and try the demo out first (and check out some reviews). Chances are, that I'll end up purchasing it though since I've had my eye on it for a while, and it seems like a decent amount of fun.
