A boxed compilation of the Alien Breed Trilogy will be hitting store shelves on March 18. The games included will be Alien Breed: Evolution, Alien Breed 2: Assault, and Alien Breed 3: Descent.

The games are top-down shooters developed by Team17, and each game currently available individually on Xbox Live Arcade, PC and PlayStation Network. It is unknown how much Alien Breed Trilogy will cost, but if the trilogy is purchases one-by-one on XBLA, it costs $30.

The Alien Breed series is noted for its close similarity to the Alien films, it's unique top down perspective on a game that plays like a first person shooter, and it's high quality graphics for a digital download game, as well as its fun co-op multiplayer.
