It looks nice, but I'll wait before I buy it :) I liked the base game so maybe I'll buy this stuff :)

Hope they upgrade the engine to something like frostbite 2s capabilities in the next game...

"BAF" is definitely worth it, and while "PMC" was initially quite lean on centent and missions in the original release, it's been patched-up rather well and isn't a bad DLC, if you want to complete the package.

Not only upgrade the engine, but optimise it better (low fps on many decent a machine). Still BI is a small Developer, so they've done well so far (better than "OF: Red River" which has had scathing reviews so far).

Yeah, despite a bit old game, the engine runs laggy on newer machines as well. Mine isn't even new, so the mediocre performance of the demo put me off form purchasing ArmA, which seems to be an outstanding game.

Thx for the information, I'll probably buy it in a couple of days :)

Good move. Just make sure you have "Operation Arrowhead" installed, as it upgrades the base game while adding a bit of spit & polish.

Yes BI has down very well. If they did manage to optimize it very well, I bet they could get more sales (a larger base of people that can run it would be available). Although if you play mainly multi-player you can get away with an 2-3 year old machine. I have a computer with a 64x2 4000+ in it and it runs, but not desirable. Singleplayer is unplayable, while multi-player is very playable depending on the server...
