Sniper: Ghost Warrior PS3 arrives June 28

Sniper: Ghost Warrior will finally be making its debut on the PlayStation 3 this coming June 28. The game had already been released to good sales on the PC and Xbox 360 last June 2010.

 
According to developer City Interactive, the PS3 version of Sniper will include the following new features:

* Fully upgraded game play and graphics;
* Exclusive single player missions for PS3 owners
* Bonus multiplayer maps
* Exclusive new multiplayer modes, including Capture the Flag and Hard Core difficulty mode
* Exclusive new sniper rifles including the L96 and the M200 Intervention;
* Bonus single-player challenge includes additional mission with Hard Core mode to challenge the very best players.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior is a game that revolves around, as the title would imply, sniping enemies from long distances. The game almost resembles golf in that the player must account for variable factors such as wind velocity and target motion before taking the fatal headshot.

Good sales, but pretty average-to-bad player reviews. If you can get it very cheap it may be worth it, but overall I wouldn't bother (MP can be short term fun, but long term, no).

well, almost a year now so i think it will be much improved over the pc/xbox version...hell, why not give us (pc/xbox) a more up to date patches, it's never too late to improve.
