Next Assassin's Creed stars Altair?

UbiSoft has launched a new Assassin's Creed reveal page here, and apparently the more people hit it, the higher the percentage, and when it hits 100%, a video will be revealed.


NeoGAF spotted the revealed image already, and claimed it was called Assassin's Creed Revelations and it was starring Altair. As it is, the flickering video has Arabic letters, so the next AC game may bring us back to the late 11th century and a return by Altair.

Thats too bad. As kickass as Altair was, I was kind of hoping they would introduce a new assassin. And a different era.
Oh well, either way I'm happy that their at least making another Assassin. :)

I doubt they'll go back to Altair. Just look at this "leaked" image. It looks like it's taken straight from AC:Brotherhood, and as I remember, they didn't have such flashy villas back in Altair's time.

Yeah i doubt that screenshot is from the new game it looks to much like AC:B like djole said, and I too hope that we have a new assassin character and era, can't wait for ac3!

There could be something left in Altairs era, something they didn't find first time.

But then again, it could be 18th century Arabia... We'll see..

Ubisoft's version of "CoD".
They do like money, and the shareholder is more important than the gamer, so going back to Altair makes sense to them (they forced 1C to include "IL-2 Sturmovik" in the title for "Cliffs of Dover", when that aircarft was Soviet and this is the Battle of Britain:o_O). A fresh start would have been welcome, though I'm so far behind the series I'll never catch up.

@ Fitatk. That 18th century Arabia theory is the most possable choice the devs will chose as it is obvously after the previous Italian setting.

@fltatk: I have read the post and I know exactly what the it says thank you. The fact of the matter remains however; that screen is from the Da Vinci Disappearance DLC, not any new game.

Might as well stop being helpful if that's the tone of voice I'm gonna get in response...

I belive you, but this doesn't change the article, which states, "image below". In the original article you can actually see that its from DLC.
