The latest instalment to the Civilization franchise is getting a demo released on both the Xbox360 and PS3 tomorrow confirmed 2K Games.

Revolution is only available on consoles and DS, the demo will let would-be leaders take control as either Caesar or Cleopatra until 1205 AD.

You’ll be able to square off against either the CPU until the demos end or against a human player online. The full game is coming out this month on the 13th for Europe while our neighbours across the Atlantic pond will have to wait until July.

Sadly Wii gamers won't be getting a taste of Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution as its put on indefinite hold, though apparently "not completely canceled".
