Child's Play videogame series announced

TikGames has announced a new videogame series based on everyone's psychotic, murderous doll, Chucky, Child's Play. The game will be a true "murder simulator" as the gameplay will feature Chucky using stealth tactics to torture, murder and terrorize innocent victims.

The TikGames press release states Chuckly will use his unique skills to off people with what TikGames calls a "multitude of distinctive methods." Players will have their choice as to how many people are left breathing, while the game remains a "highly-entertaining, interactive, and downright gory experience."

This will be an interesting game for alarmist news wags to attack, since they'd have to acknowledge that the Child's Play movies, especially The Bride of Chucky and Seed of Chucky were over-the-top gory and reveled in blood - so, basically, the videogame is hardly to blame for the violence.

"CP 3" was ultimately banned (now un-banned) in Australia as at the time a kid was killed performing the same stunt those in the film did (lying on the road, rolling away as a car was almost on top of them).
This will get harsh attention from the OFLC, despite it being rubbish anyway.

Rubbish indeed. The people who are making this game and the people who made the films ought to be psychologically examined for stipidity.
