Survey after Legacy of Kain names

Square Enix appear to be mulling over a revival for Legacy of Kain as a survey is doing the rounds asking which of four subtitled names sounds best?

Would they 'feel right' tagged on to any existing names already used, was another. Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain released back in 1997 on PSOne.

It was created by Silicon Knights, developer of Too Human. Crystal Dynamics, after some legal strife, took over the development of future instalments with story written by Uncharted's Amy Hennig. It has quite the history as you can see.

"The four names were Obsidian Blood, Obsidian Sun, Dead Sun, and Revenant," said GameRevolution reader 'daverabbit', talking about the survey.

"They also asked if the names sounded good alone or tagged with any of the Legacy of Kain/Soul Reaver/Blood Omen names used previously." The last in the series was Legacy of Kain: Defiance for Xbox, PS2 and PC back in 2004. Do you bless a revival?

Remember "Blood Omen" well. Not the best game at the time, but a load of fun. I hesitate at the obvious multiplatform approach that would be taken, but if the game is good and the price is right then yes, return by all means.
ps. Leave "Obsidian" out of the title. Confusing for many who know the name as a Publisher's.
