THQ and all-things sporty Adidas have announced an athletic training program called miCoach which will release for Xbox 360 and PS3 with motion support.
Kinect and PlayStation Move are to be fully supported, and miCoach features training for basketball, soccer, football, tennis and running 'alongside' sports stars.
We can choose our fitness goals where the game will then take us through what we need to do to accomplish them. Each sport program features sports stars for their field such as Dwight Howard, Kaka, Tyson Gay, Jessica Ennis, Ana Ivanovic and Eric Berry as trainers.
The player is shown inside the game via Kinect or PlayStation Eye with the sports stars 'alongside us' while miCoach keeps track of our progress. "When I finished I had to get like a three-hour massage. I was hurting," said Orlando Magic basketball player Dwight Howard, after he'd been through the miCoach recording sessions.
Having insanely paid people coach us in fields of athletic training? THQ surely noticed the market was missing such a gem. miCoach releases on Xbox 360 and PS3 in early 2012. Is this something you'd consider for some exercise, videogamer?
