The official box art for Batman: Arkham City has been revealed by Warner Bros. Interactive.

Check out the box art for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions:

 
Batman: Arkham City is due for release on October 18, 2011.

All this Film Noir imaging is getting annoying (the new "Resident Evil" sports the same look) as the minimalist approach is all fine and dandy with concept art, but does not sell a product (ask any Comic Book publisher).
I first came across this with pre-release posters for "Fallout 3" and they just looked plain drab and awful (much like the gam,e's textures themselves - hate much?).
Still looks drab and awful, and just a few shades of blue would have increased it's visual appeal so simply.

While the outside (box art) may looke ugly, the inside (playing the game) should be incredible.
