Microsoft secured an exclusive first launch in Europe for Rock Band with the other platforms editions releasing "later this summer".
Online retailer Play.com set the speculating drums on fire with a September 26 date for PS3 and PS2. EA deny this is official information whilst symbolically trashing a hotel room. A press release back in the month of fools-days claimed it would hit August 29th but that was later regarded as an "error". No signs of a Wii version yet... An EA spokesperson has said: "We haven't had any confirmation on that release date at all. We don't know where that's come from. That's definitely not confirmed."  Source: VideoGamer.com | |
