The dev's stated they show xbox 360 graphics so when they show PC it looks even better. They didn't want the graphics to look worse from what they first show, so they show xbox 360 graphics, and then PC graphics and you get a positive reaction rather then a negative one. Hope it makes sense :)

Considering all the crying about BF3 looking like crap on consoles compared to the pc version, which was shown first, it makes total sense :).

And yes it does look a bit outdated, not just the graphics but the phyisics as well. Hope the PC version is not just a port with a higher resolution.

I'm more intrested in the gameplay! Not that fancy graphics wouldn't hurt!

Its not just about the looks, outdated physics can hurt the immersion a lot. This level was ok a few years ago, noe it's time to move on.

There's nothing "a few years ago" about the demo.

That giant falling after being thrown by the dragon at 1:50 is totally 'a few years ago' kinda moment. It simply doesn't seem realistic to me. It bothered me from the first time i saw it.

The way npcs react to being hit by a sword is very outdated as well (to the neck at 1:30), there's almost no reaction. The phyisics have a distinct 'last gen' feel as far as i'm concerned. That was fine in the past, but now i want more.

It's not just about resolution or polygons etc, physics are getting more and more important. There's no destructible environments as far as i cen see either.
Technology wise this is not a next-gen game at all, unless you forget about the pc and still consider the consoles next-gen.

There is a chance that the PC version will be a proper PC version that uses all the current PCs can throw at it. At that time i'll change my opinion.

I'm not dissing the art style, it's great, i'm just saying the game doesnt seem to be as much at the techological edge as the previous games in the series were.

nocutius there is a chance this is just beta or alpha and they have not fixed those things yet... I agree 100% that giant falling was very last generation, and it disappointed me when I saw it...

I'm sorry, but when was elder scrolls ever about graphics?

chiefone is right TES is about the story and nice combat NOT about graphics.

Since ever i started playing it apparently :).

And again, i'm not so much complaining about the graphics, but about the lack of belivable 'next gen' physics. I'm saying the game feels old-ish cause of that.

Won't prevent me from playing and enjoying it though. I'm just nitpicking a bit :).

All I know is that they're a great way to spend about a million hours in a single world. Can't wait to buy a big house and trick it out!

@nocutius: It's YouTube, the website who's staff are widely known for doing stupid things and killing everyone's enjoyment. Sad but true. :(
