LulzSec member Topiary arrested

One of LulzSec's core members, Topiary, was caught by British police. The 18 year old boy from the Shetland Islands was arrested under Section 3 of the Computer Misuse Act and Section 1 of the Criminal Law Act 1977. A search of Topiary's house is under way.

In Lincolnshire, a 17-year-old male is being quizzed under caution by police in connection with Topiary's arrest.

A few weeks ago, Topiary bragged, “Worrying is for fools!” This was during the period in which 19 year old hacker Ryan Cleary had been apprehended as a suspect in the mass hacking spree LulzSec, a splinter group of Anonymous, had been engaged in.

Maybe if Topiary represents himself as his own lawyer, he could truly say he had a fool for a client.

Heh, this is getting weird, but I'll rather stay out of it as much as possible. These guys, if that link is to be believed, seem to really screw up people they don't like :).

I'm not neutral. These guys fucked with video game companies, tried to bully Bethseda. I think Anonymous could, theoretically, become a sort of internet rights activist movement. But Lulzsec is evil. Let them rot in jail :P

Yea, Anonymous could kinda be considered respectable at least a little bit, but LulzSec seem to be doing things just to wreck havoc, not so cool.
