SEE Virtual Worlds has landed the IP licenses to Men in Black 3, Total Recall, Asterix, War of the Worlds and Waterworld, which are all "tied to memorable moments".

The MMO maker created Planet Michael which is based off the life of Michael Jackson. All the studio would say is that fans interact with these "incredible characters".

Does this mean there'll be more Planets out there? Maybe. "These properties are tied to memorable moments and incredible characters that players are going to interact with in future SEE-created digital and online interactive video games," said CEO Martin Ballas.

They operate the Entropia Universe which comprises of themed, free-to-play MMO planets which use a Real Cash Economy. You create an avatar and can explore the license-themed planets while socialising before choosing to rocket off to another world.

Planet Michael and Universal Monsters Van Helsing are due to launch this year. SEE bought Planet Calypso earlier this year for $6m earning them a Guinness World Record.
