Don't sweat your bank balance over a 3D TV for SEGA's The House of the Dead: Overkill Extended Cut, as it supports anaglyphic as well as stereoscopic 3D.

That's fancy tech talk for 'you can wear those red-cyan cardboard glasses'. The EU release includes a pair in the box, however the US doesn't it seems.

While you can enjoy full stereoscopic 3D if you've got the TV set to match, SEGA decided to throw a bone to the greater majority with only two-dimensional capable TVs. The anaglyphic method uses the old cardboard red-cyan glasses, which discolour images a bit.

The House of the Dead: Overkill Extended Cut releases on PS3 October 28th.

3D glasses are becoming a major thing in the gaming industry. I will move over to 3D once it becomes a bit bigger, and all of it's issues are sorted!
