Electronic Arts has announced a new Sims 3 demo, with a twist. The unique twist of this demo is that the gamer can play it entirely inside their browser.

The gamer gets to play 20 minutes of The Sims 3, which will also include elements from the Late Night and World Adventures expansions. First, the player chooses one of three classic character types as their Sim, and then have them engage in their first adventure. The Sim will explore an Egyptian pyramid, commune with ghosts in a haunted house, or just let them party... with vampires.

If the player decides they want to keep the The Sims 3, the demo will take them straight to Origin to purchase it digitally.

Seems that's the way EA is going now. If you look at the server list in BattleLog for "BF3" you can see the title of the game in the left pane with a check box. That to me looks like there will be many games listed in the future in the browser for you to choose from.
