Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has proved its chart topping prowess for a second week as it continues to dominate, keeping Assassin's Creed: Revelations from the crown.

Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was left shouting 3rd, and Saints Row: The Third was whacking bystanders with questionable implements 4th. What of HD Halo?

Microsoft's Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary entered 6th. Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword entered the UK chart 7th as a Nintendo Wii exclusive. Battlefield 3 came 8th.

Below is the UK all format chart top 10 for the week ending November 19th.

1. Modern Warfare 3
2. Assassin’s Creed: Revelations
3. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
4. Saints Row: The Third
5. FIFA 12
6. Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary
7. The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

So the "same old, same old" dominates first and second slots (and make no mistake, "AC: Revelations" is about as far as this franchise can now go). "BF3" slippage is no surprise with the release of "MW3" but it's intersting that "FIFA 12" has been knoked down to #5 ("Saints Row: The Turd"....shiver).
