Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has bested Blacks Ops throne-streak on the UK all format chart as it has managed a third consecutive week, with Assassin's Creed: Revelations entering 2nd.

WWE '12 launched 6th while Lord of the Rings: War in the North debuted 38th. Saints Row: The Third took its namesake seriously at 3rd, with Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim 4th.

Black Ops was stopped from claiming a third week after its UK launch as number one by Polyphony Digital's Gran Turismo 5. Sales of Modern Warfare 3 are down 41 percent week on week.

Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Revelations managed to come 2nd for its launch on Xbox 360 and PS3, with the PC version due out this week. Battlefield 3 came 9th while Need for Speed: The Run held 8th. FIFA 12 also managed to hold its place 5th while Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 keeps sinking, and is now 40th.

Below is the UK all format chart top 40 for the week ending November 26th.

I almost forgot about AC: Revelations! It's still lying on my games pile and I haven't even touched it yet. Too many games to finish first! First theres Skyrim, Rage, still haven't finished FEAR 3. And Dues Ex is still waiting to be finished as well. Also have the SP in BF3 to finish. Also have a lot of people to piss off in MW3's MP mode. And I still have to get Uncharted 3!
Yup! I'll be busy this winter! :)

I also have some games to work on, but I am not buying any for a while. I luckily completed Rage this past weekend, F.3.A.R. I completed a while ago, and Skyrim I still need to purchase.

@Revan: You are going to have a lot of fun with Rage and F.3.A.R. (of course Rage is a bit old school which didn't bother me). Deus I haven't even seen yet, though a friend of mine says that the game is terrible.

I started Rage a while ago and I actually kind of like it's style. It's sort of a simpler version of Fallout 3, yet as you said, a little more old school. Would've been nice if you could get headshots though.
As for Dues Ex, i thought it was great game so far. But I'm playing it on the hardest setting it has (on my first play-through!) which is probably why I got so into it. I've had some very intense moments! Especially when theres a mech and 20 guards in the same building as you! Lol
I'd recommend renting it at least if you can. :)

Thanks for the info Revan. I'll download a demo or something to take a look at it.

I also tend to play the games on the hardest difficulty at first try. Rage for an example, I started at Nightmare, and the game was still fairly easy. It just makes the games a lot more fun and intense when playing on the hardest difficulty.

A game however that is not a pushover on the hardest difficulty is S.T.A.L.K.E.R. That game can be really tough at times, but does it stay awesome (for me at least).
