2012 is here! It's been a great year for the gaming industry, with a bundle of exciting titles coming out the door, such as Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Rayman Origins, Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, Batman: Arkham City, Battlefield 3, and many more.

We've also seen the launch of cloud gaming here in the UK with OnLive, but will it be able to dominate the market and become the new standard? Perhaps 2012 will lead us in that direction.

It's also been another great year for Strategy Informer. We launched our new design recently, which has given us a fresh new look to head into 2012 with, but there's still a few more features in development that we'll be revealing in the coming months.

There's only a few more days left for us to recharge our batteries, but we'll be officially returning on 3rd January. When we return you'll see a Star Wars: The Old Republic review from Simon, and you'll see our Game of the Year award for 2011.

We can't thank you enough for continuing to visit us, it's very moving to see how many people come to read what we say and think about video games. Everyone at Strategy Informer would like to say a huge thank you for your support in 2011.

We hope you've had a very Merry Christmas, and we'll see you on 3rd January when normal updates resume.
