2K Games has released a brief press release announcing the release dates for the demo of their upcoming supernatural shooter, The Darkness II.


The release dates for the demo are as follows:

Tuesday, January 17th: Xbox LIVE: Worldwide (Gold subscribers)
Tuesday, January 24th: Xbox LIVE: Worldwide, PlayStation Network: North America, Steam (PC): Worldwide
Wednesday, January 25th: PlayStation Network: Europe, PlayStation Network: Asia/Pacific

Strategy Informer had some hands-on time with the game, and came away very impressed. The preview can be checked out here.

The Darkness II will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in mid-February.
