Ubisoft has announced that they have shut down their Vancouver studio, which worked on family friendly sports titles like Motionsports Adrenaline. "Team members will have the opportunity to consider positions in other Ubisoft studios and we will work with each of them to help find the best next step, whether it be within Ubisoft or outside," concluded the statement. Ubisoft Vancouver was formed in 2009 when Ubisoft purchased developer Action Pants, which then created the Pele-licensed Academy of Football for the Wii. | |
