The BBC's Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock was announced back in December for PS3 PS Vita and PC but now it will only arrive for the PlayStation platforms in Europe.

This will be the first in three of "a series of Doctor Who console games", and it heralds a "significant movement into gaming" for the BBC. A Doctor Who MMO is also in the works.

Guildford-based studio Supermassive Games is behind Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock which releases on PS3 and PS Vita this spring. Matt Smith and Alex Kingston lend voices.
