Brace yourselves as there's slight activity on the Rockstar/GTA front as publisher Take-Two claim trademarks for some TV. This particular TV is Rockstar and GTA themed it would appear.
Are Take-Two planning some crazy transmedia campaign for GTA V? Rockstar are known for their viral marketing tactics, leaving our indifference brutalized in an alley.
The trademarks for 'GTA TV' and 'Rockstar TV' go beyond video games and touch practically every kind of entertainment medium. The only news on GTAV thus far is it's "making great progress".
The possible uses for the trademarks are "computer game programs and software; animated motion picture films featuring entertainment, namely, action, adventure, dramatic, comedic, children's and documentary themes; pre-recorded video discs and other pre-recorded digital and electronic media in the field of live action programs, motion pictures, or animation featuring entertainment, namely, action, adventure, dramatic, comedic, children's and documentary themes."
