Square Enix and Airtight Games confirmed today that Quantum Conundrum will be released in Europe for PlayStation 3 via PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade and PC in summer 2012.

Quantum Conundrum is a first-person-puzzler from Kim Swift, co-creator of Portal, in which you play as a kid left alone in their uncle's house/giant laboratory. He's nowhere to be seen so, duly, it's your job to track him down by navigating your way through room after room of puzzles.
