It's okay the rents have stopped fighting now. THQ and Adidas have made up and will continue their work on miCoach "without compromising any of its unique features." Phew.

Both parties were "recognized for and compensated" for their contributions to the project. Adidas launched a $10.6m suit against THQ for ceasing production of miCoach.

While the deal was 'amicable' the troubled publisher won't be putting its name to the product meaning someone else has to distribute it. Motion controls will power miCoach.

"Adidas and THQ Inc. have amicably resolved the dispute, which will allow Adidas to get the miCoach game to market without delay and without compromising any of its unique features," said Adidas' Frank Thomas. “Through the settlement, each party was recognized for and compensated for their important contributions to the game.”

THQ got into some money troubles and stopped work on miCoach but Adidas responded with a $10.6 million law suit to force the project forward. It seems some backroom deal was brokered but THQ will not be publishing the motion control fitness game product. Little is known about miCoach specifically.
