Electronic Arts has announced that some new downloadable content will be coming to SSX on the 1st May. The DLC will be inspired by the classic SSX games. The pack is called the SSX Mt. Eddie & Classic Characters Bundle Pack.

According to the press release, "Mt. Eddie is a TRICKY inspired, ultra-long mountain that features 9 new Race and Trick drops, and is filled with huge kickers, ridiculous grinds, a Big Air drop, fireworks, and a whole lot more – the classic SSX experience!"

The DLC will include Mt. Eddy, a new ultra-long snowboarding run with 9 drops, seven SSX characters from SSX 3 and SSX Tricky, each owning their own unique snowboard. T And as if that weren’t enough, the pack also includes 3 classic music tracks.

Players can choose to purchase the characters and mountain run seperately as well.

SSX was released six weeks ago on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and earned a 9.0/10 score in Strategy Informer's review.
