Put those muscle twitches to good use with Electromyography! Microsoft has put some prototype ideas together for a control system designed to respond to muscle movement.

It's a "Wearable Electromyography-Based Controller" in the form of an armband, or by directly apply sensors to the user's body. It was looked into 2 years ago.

If you thought being caught by your neighbours waving your arms around to a camera and Dragon Shouting was embarrassing, then why not go the full hog and look like a Borg cosplayer!

Great. "Arm Wrestling Kinect" - 'bout all I can think of so far for it (that doesn't involve sweaty pimpled teenagers discovering themselves). Still, one more step toward full bofy immersion in a true 3D gaming environment. Great to be on the wave of innovation as it happens.
