LucasArts has registered the name "Star Wars 1313" for use with every conceivable merchandising producct including, yes, videogames.

While there's no other information, it must be noted that Boba Fett's registration is "CT-1313", which could mean that whatever the IP is about, it'll involve Fett or even Mandalorians.

Stay tuned.

Boom! Mandalorian's are probably one of my favourite non-Force related organisations in Star Wars; they certainly haven't got the amount of coverage they deserve.

O'boy - here we go, lets trade in on the last iconic and mythical SW character we have left. A guy that has a sub story and only a few minutes of time in the actual movies are now going to be destroyed?

Let me guess - a generic 3rd person cover based shooter with taking missions to collect bounties...?

What's your take?

Well, did you ever play Star Wars: Bounty Hunter?

And sorry, Boba Fett is an overhyped character. What did he EVER do? He didn't capture Han Solo. He was killed by a blind man knocking him into a stationary mouth in the desert. That's all he did!

That's the reason - if you read the books about him there are tonnes of love for Boba. The only thing that actually comes from the movies is that he is a bounty hunter - the books about the films mentions that his ARMOUR is Mandelorian and his ship is called Slave...
All the rest is made upon the notion of him being a fantastic character - a myth, a legend - making him into an xbox shooter will kill all that...

I hate Mandalorians, or perhaps jthat's just residual after hating the Manadlorian Raiders in "SW:TOR". The Death Watch would actually be fun to play, not Fett though (either one). But hey, it will sell - it's Star Wars.

Yeah, and the surge for toys will boom...
