Tragnarion Studios has announced Scourge: Outbreak, a futuristic third-person shooter coming out on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and Mac OS in the late Summer 2012. The shooter puts the players in control of an elite mercenary squad, Echo Squad, who have been hired to infiltrate the mysterious Nogari Corporation.

The game will feature a four player co-op campaign, each character with their own weapons, stats and abilities, which can be buffed as they are leveled up. Each character also has their own flashbacks, telling the story of their past history.

The game also includes a standard multiplayer mode for up to eight players, including deathmatch, team deathmatch, and capture the flag versus modes, along with five maps.
