"Farcry 3" - Insane (to Pre-order) Edition, more like. Took my hit with "Failcry 2" and won't be fooled again (hey, that should be a song).

All it takes is getting burned a few times and pre-ordering in general becomes a silly thought.

I noticed they cut content from the game to "add" it to this edition, I'm not sure I like that.

But it's typical. Seems Devs have wised to the fact that while gamers complain, they eat up "Nonus material" that has simply been culled from the finished product and code-locked. Been going on for ages and is not going to stop any time soon. Indie DLC, and some smaller compainies I trust while the rest I believe have all of their DLC either already in the game, or the basics of it already coded in (as far as 12 months away from the full DLC).

Far Fetched Edition?
I never payed for Farcry 2 - got it bundled with my 8800GTS card - and learned that the wonderful Direct X10 game was bugged the crap out so you had to play it after three patches still with Direct X 9 ;)

Lucky you - I paid full price. All I got with my 8800 GTX was a car "). All I got with my GTX 8800 was "Xpand Rally Extreme" - virtually unheard of outside of Europe.
