E3 2012: Zeno Clash II arriving in early 2013

Publisher Atlus has announced that the sequel to ACE Team's first person beat'em up brawler, Zeno Clash, will be coming in early 2013 in PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Zeno Clash 2 will feature an open world, with all of the enemies, items and characters from the first game returning, as well as new content. The game would also feature online co-op.

 
ACE Team had stated two years ago that they would only work on a sequel only when "the time was right", but promised that the developer wouldn't "plan on forgetting our first title and we will continue the story and deliver a great new Zeno Clash experience–but when the time is right. When that happens people will see that again we’ll present something fresh that stands out and it will not be just more of the same."

This game really looks unique. I never played the first one but if the sequel is gonna be an open world game I might try it out.
