Damn, two whole months away :)

Other than that this are quite standard requirements for a console port.

That's a bit different then, I thought these are recommended :)

There's recommended and then there's what's needed to run 'maxed-out', two very differnt beasts. Minimum reqs - the game will (sometimes not though) run, but that's all. I'd like to actually get this, but it's difficulty might be a problem for me. I ain't too good and have never pretended to be anything but an average gamer, except of course in flight simulators. There I'm a damn Chuck Yeager:)

Haha, I'd have to agree with you there, Herod :) The only genre I shine is in flight simulators, and I mean flight simulators, none of the arcadey Blazing Angels stuff (even though i enjoyed those to point)

"Rise of Flight" and "A-10C: Warthog" are the two I 'play' mostly at present, Longsword and the MP dogfights with no assists on are tense times. A lot of the guys (average age is 38) have HOTAS and TrackIR setups worth hundreds of bucks and these guys take no prisoners. Hell, the AI alone is viscous enough.
Next map, in the form of an expansion for "Rise of Flight" - the English Channel with seaplanes:)

I still have yet to get "Rise of Flight" :( 'Tis shameful, I know. I used to play Red Baron 3D fanatically, max realism and everything. I need to pick up ROF soon... maybe even take you on ;)

Do so mate, you can try it out for free anyway. I've been playing since it's release and it just keeps evolving like no other game I've seen. It's had it's ups and downs (and the downs 2 years ago were truly bad) but now it cannot be matched. With the Dynamic Campaign continually getting additions it's a virtual aviator's paradise. I have every aircraft released so far, with a few on pre-order - it's that good. Nothing like flying a Gotha V online, with real players manning the guns and an opposing team trying to shoot you down as you are transfixed in spotlights and peppered with AAA. The headset gets very busy.
A match-up would be good. Start off in a Spad XIII (the easiest of the Allied aircraft, not having to bother with radiator and fuel mixture settings) and I'll face you in a Fokker Dr.1 or D.VIIF. Best to start with as many aids on as you can then uncheck them gradually. Otherwise you'll have a frozen engine and/or wings fluttering to the ground around you in no time - if you get airborne:)
